We had a fairly nice stay for the price.
Everything was perfect, KNOWLEDGEABLE staff, perfect location next to historic central area and the Kremlin. The breakfast was plentiful for a hotel of this rating with soft music, cakes and also inclusive rate. Booked a room with the bed right in the middle.

We had much fun and met helpful and excellent staff at the reception desk. The hotel offers beautiful views and provides a silent room with 2 separate beds. Highly recommended for shopping.

Everything is perfect here, had a pleasant stay for a business trip. The staff are competent and the room was exceptionally clean and silent for breakfast or a social drink. The location is ideal, the breakfast is plentiful and great. The restaurant is pretty good and the food is delightful.

If you need a modest, but nice and clean hotel in the downtown that is the place. Distances in this town are frustrating, but this hotel is just 15 minutes walking apart from the red square.

The staff at the reception desk was efficient. the room was spotless and silent, with the bed in the middle. - Had a good night's sleep. - the breakfast was included in the rate. I had a great experience at this small hotel. the staff at the reception desk were very efficient. the room was nice and clean, quiet, and the bed was positioned perfectly in the center. I had a pleasant night's sleep. the fact that breakfast was included in the rate was a nice touch.

actually i loved everything. The room was new, clean, the location was perfect, the breakfast was great. It takes not more than 7 minutes by feet to Kremlin, and Arbat street is just practically next door :) The staff was helpful to find me the way to the conference i needed to go. The subway station is very very close. Have no complaints at all

Close to Arabat and Kremlin with free wifi in cafeteria. Front desk staff are very helpful.
Two things...Firstly the twin room where I stayed on my return visit to Melody with my daughter was very small and narrow, the bathroom extremely small and not ventilated, no exhaust fan. The value for money for this room was extremely poor compared to my first stay several weeks earlier when I had a double room. Secondly...the street front hotel signage is inadequate given that it's not possible to see the hotel when coming from either end of the street until you're standing right in front, which can make locating the hotel difficult.

Bathtub! Bathtub! Bathtub! After freezing my nipples off for two weeks in Czech republic, Germany and Moscow and having practically walked my legs off I was tired and sore, had bought some bath oil in Dresden and then realized I didn,t have a bathtub. So my last night in Moscow at the Melody with a bathtub was just great - took an evening and morning hot bath . Much improved.
What didn,t you like? Don,t complain! I don,t understand. Sooo. I won,t answer. I did have some issues with the place but your instructions are contradictory!.
